Nature...
Today I raked {hundreds of} leaves for {multiple} hours. When the dust {er...leaves} settled, the yard looked exactly the same. I lost.

..I know that feeling!! It's the same way here, only I am battling weeds.. But at least it is a good work out. No need to go to the gym on a gardening day.. :)
Thanks for your lovely comment. You're the sweetest. Always.
xx Charlotta
I am having one of those days also, only mine includes apples. Don't ask.;)
Being surrounded by trees in the woods of MD, I know the feeling! But leaf piles sure are fun to jump in.
Mother Nature's way of making sure you get your daily exercise!
We've taken the mow and blow approach. I mow the lawn/leaves and, if necessary, we either blow them into a pile for leaf pickup or wait for Mother Nature to blow them away.
We use the leaf humus for enriching our soil, so those leaves really become precious.
ha! ohhh I remember doing that :)
I decided to just "leaf" them in all their glory. I lost that battle years ago! But you won me over with the simplicity of this post and that photography!!! XO
I absolutely LOVE this image. I just posted some favorite images from the new Anthro catalog. Have you seen it? INCREDIBLE! I bet you'll love it!
